About

What is it...?

Maize is a missionally oriented creative project rooted in Marion, Indiana. 

It started as:
(1) a question—'How do we aesthetically reimagine living in the cornfields?'
(2) an inspiration—the call of Jeremiah to 'build homes, and plan to stay (29:5).' 
(3) a reminder from Jesus—"the harvest is plentiful, the workers are few..." (Mat. 9:37)
